Albania's Center For Free Information, supported by the British Embassy in Tirana and the Agency for the Support of Civil Society monitored the implementation of the anti-corruption strategy and the Action Plan 2010 in five institutions during the July 2010 - May 2011 period.  The monitoring, which covered Albania's Ministry of Transportation, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Finances and the Ministry of Environment found out that the strategy was partially or completely implemented at the amount of 80%, local media reports. According to the report, Albania's Ministry of Finances and the Ministry of Health had the lowest performance.
